Legal

Terms.

Terms of use for the Kestrel marketing website. The platform itself is governed by a separate customer agreement; talk to us for the latest version.

Effective date

Last updated 8 April 2026.

These terms govern your use of the marketing website at onkestrel.com. They do not govern the Kestrel platform itself, which is provided to customers under a separate written agreement.

Kestrel is built and operated by OnKestrel Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using this site, you accept these terms.

What this site is

Information, not an offer.

  • Informational. The content on this site describes Kestrel and the company behind it. Nothing here is a contract, an offer of services, a warranty, or legal advice.
  • Subject to change. Kestrel is under active development. Descriptions of features may change between now and general availability. The site reflects our best current understanding.
  • Pricing. Prices shown on the site reflect the current standard licence. If you request a bespoke arrangement, the quote we send you is the binding price for the term it covers.

Acceptable use

What you may and may not do here.

You may read the content, share links to it, and submit the forms in good faith. You may quote the content with attribution.

You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to bypass rate limits, submit false information through the forms, attempt to interfere with the running of the site or its underlying infrastructure, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, refuse submissions, and take any other reasonable measure to protect the site and the people who use it.

Intellectual property

Ours, unless we say otherwise.

OnKestrel Limited or its licensors own all content on this site, including text, graphics, the Kestrel mark, and the underlying code. You may not reproduce or redistribute it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Quoting short passages with a link back is fine. Republishing entire pages or rebranding the content is not.

Liability

Read this carefully.

We provide this site “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of anything we publish here.

Nothing on this site is legal advice. If you are handling a specific dispute, consult a qualified solicitor or mediator. The existence of Kestrel as a future product is not a substitute for advice you should be paying for today.

We do not exclude liability we cannot exclude by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud.

Governing law

England and Wales.

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. Any dispute arising from your use of this site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
